Prominent Marketplace & Trademark Disclaimer: CropLabel is an independent document utility and is NOT affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially associated with Meesho (Fashnear Technologies Pvt. Ltd.), Flipkart (Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd. / Ekart Logistics), Amazon (Amazon.com, Inc. / ATS / Amazon Seller Services Pvt. Ltd.), or any other marketplace platform or logistics courier. All brand names, logos, and trademarks belong exclusively to their respective owners and are referenced solely for technical description and packaging compatibility under nominative fair use.

Seller Responsibility Notice: Users are solely responsible for verifying that cropped shipping labels maintain proper barcode legibility and that statutory tax invoices are appropriately provided to logistics carriers and customers in accordance with applicable tax regulations.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CropLabel (https://croplabel.online), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not access or use the service.

2. Description of Service

CropLabel provides free PDF cropping, multi-page batch splitting, compression, merging, and thermal printer formatting tools for e-commerce sellers. All in-browser web app operations execute 100% client-side with zero external uploads.

3. User Responsibilities & Verification

When preparing shipping labels for dispatch with courier services (including Delhivery, Ekart, ATS, BlueDart, Shadowfax, and Xpressbees):

Barcode Scan Verification: You must perform initial test scans on your printed 4x6 thermal labels using a barcode scanner or mobile app before dispatching consignments to ensure Code 128 / QR codes are sharp and legible.
Statutory Tax Invoices: You are responsible for ensuring compliance with tax legislation (such as Section 31 of the CGST Act in India) regarding the delivery of tax invoices to end customers. CropLabel allows separating invoices from shipping labels, but sellers must ensure invoices are provided where legally required.

4. Third-Party Advertising & Google AdSense Terms

CropLabel participates in Google AdSense (Publisher ID: pub-5473395579124924) to provide open access without subscriptions. Users agree strictly not to engage in invalid click generation, automated bot traffic, or artificial traffic manipulation. Advertisements are clearly separated from functional software controls.

5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties

CropLabel is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Under no circumstances shall CropLabel or its operators be liable for courier delivery delays, Return to Origin (RTO) charges, lost packages, or printing equipment malfunctions resulting from the use of this software.

6. Governing Law & Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of CropLabel following any updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
