2. How Client-Side PDF Processing Works

Unlike traditional file conversion websites that upload your confidential files to remote servers, CropLabel is engineered with a client-side architecture:

Local Browser RAM Execution: When you select or drag-and-drop a PDF file into CropLabel, the binary file data is read exclusively into your local device memory (RAM) via the HTML5 File API and WebAssembly.
No Cloud Storage or Disk Logging: Neither CropLabel nor any third party has access to your customer names, delivery addresses, order values, product SKUs, or tracking numbers.
Immediate Memory Clearance: When you close your browser tab or click “Clear Document”, all file data is permanently purged from your device memory.

3. Information We Collect Automatically

When you access our website, standard web server logs and Google Analytics telemetry may collect non-personally identifiable technical metrics:

Browser type and version (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
Operating system (Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, Linux)
