Meesho Supplier Panel: Download & Crop 4x6 Shipping Labels

Step-by-step tutorial on downloading order manifests from Meesho Supplier Panel (supplier.meesho.com) and cropping top 4x6 direct thermal labels with quiet zone protection.

Source Format A4 PDF Manifest (210 × 297 mm)
Target Label Size 4×6 Inches (100 × 150 mm)
Crop Area Top 48% – 50% of Page
Required Quiet Zone Min. 3mm – 4mm Safety Margin

1. Understanding the Meesho A4 Manifest Structure

When you download shipping labels from the Meesho Supplier Panel (at supplier.meesho.com), the generated PDF file uses an A4 sheet layout designed originally for office desktop printers:

  • Top Half (Approx. Top 48%): Contains the courier routing barcode (Code 128), Airway Bill number (AWB), customer delivery address, return pickup address, and order SKU identification.
  • Bottom Half (Approx. Lower 52%): Contains the customer retail tax invoice slip, itemized order price, GST breakdown, and buyer return instructions.

If you attempt to print this entire A4 sheet directly on a 4x6" thermal printer without cropping, the printer shrinks the entire page down to 4 inches. This reduces the barcode bars to microscopic widths that automated sorting scanners at courier hubs (such as Delhivery, Shadowfax, or Xpressbees) cannot read, leading to shipment dispatch rejections.

2. Step-by-Step Meesho Manifest Download & Cropping Guide

  1. Download Manifest from Meesho Supplier Panel: Log in to your seller account at supplier.meesho.com. Navigate to Orders > Ready to Ship. Select the confirmed orders you want to pack and click Download Labels. Meesho will export an A4 PDF containing all selected orders.
  2. Upload PDF to CropLabel: Open CropLabel (CropLabel Meesho Cropper) and drag-and-drop the downloaded PDF file into the upload zone. The tool instantly parses all pages in your browser.
  3. Apply the Meesho Preset: Select the Meesho Shipping Label (Top Half) preset. The crop bounding box automatically aligns with the top 48% of each page.
  4. Verify 3mm Safety Margin: Ensure the margin slider is set to at least 3mm. This guarantees that courier barcodes and address edges are not truncated by thermal roll tolerances.
  5. Export & Print Ready-to-Use 4x6 PDF: Click Crop & Download. CropLabel outputs a high-resolution, vector-sharp 4x6" PDF ready to send to your thermal printer.

3. Recommended Thermal Printer Settings for Meesho Labels

To ensure high barcode contrast and scanability at courier hubs, configure your direct thermal printer driver with these recommended values:

Printer Brand / Model Print Darkness / Heat Print Speed Dithering Mode
TVS LP 46 Neo / LP 45 11 – 12 3.5 – 4.0 in/sec None (Solid Black)
TSC TE244 / DA200 9 – 11 4.0 in/sec None (Solid Black)
Zebra ZD220 / ZD230 12 – 14 3.5 – 4.0 in/sec None (Solid Black)
Rollo / Munbyn 4x6 10 – 12 4.0 in/sec None (Solid Black)
Xprinter XP-420B 10 – 12 3.5 in/sec None (Solid Black)

4. Handling Meesho Customer Invoices & GST Compliance

Under Indian Goods and Services Tax (GST) rules, tax invoices must be generated for all commercial goods. Many sellers ask whether the invoice printed on the bottom half of the Meesho manifest can be discarded:

  • For Prepaid & Standard B2C Orders: Meesho logistics partners allow the 4x6 shipping sticker on the outside of the polybag while filing invoices digitally or inserting printed invoices inside the parcel.
  • Extracting Invoices Separately: Using CropLabel's Meesho Customer Invoice preset, you can also crop the bottom half across all orders and print them on standard paper if physical invoices are required for your records.
