What is CropLabel?

CropLabel is a free, web-based productivity tool designed for e-commerce sellers. It automatically crops, splits, and resizes shipping manifests and invoices from multi-order PDF documents so they can be printed seamlessly onto 4x6" direct thermal sticker rolls.

How does CropLabel work?

You upload your shipping label PDF directly into the browser. CropLabel analyzes the page dimensions, applies pre-configured or custom bounding boxes for your specific marketplace (like Meesho, Flipkart, or Amazon), clips the vector graphics with safety margins, and outputs a ready-to-print 4x6 PDF in seconds.

Is CropLabel completely free to use?

Yes, CropLabel is 100% free to use. There are no paid tiers, subscription paywalls, watermarks, or document limits.

Do I need to create an account or sign up?

No account, password, or sign-up is required. You can start cropping labels immediately upon opening the website.

Can I process multiple labels in a single multi-page PDF?

Yes. CropLabel includes a batch processing engine that can handle multi-page manifests containing dozens or hundreds of orders in a single upload, generating a unified multi-page 4x6 document.

Is my PDF uploaded to a server or stored online?

No. CropLabel processes your documents entirely client-side within your browser local memory using WebAssembly and HTML5 Canvas. Your PDF data, customer shipping addresses, phone numbers, and financial details are not sent to or stored on our servers.

Is PDF processing performed in the browser?

Yes. All parsing, rendering, bounding-box calculation, page filtering, compression, and merging operations are executed directly on your local computer or phone processor.

Are my processed documents saved after I close the tab?

No. Once you close your browser tab, the temporary memory holding the document is completely cleared by your device operating system.

Can I use CropLabel on Android or iPhone?

Yes. CropLabel is fully mobile-responsive and functions smoothly on Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge across Android and iOS mobile devices.

Can I use CropLabel on Windows and Mac?

Yes. CropLabel runs identically on Windows 10/11, macOS, Linux, and ChromeOS through any standard modern desktop web browser.

What does 4x6 mean in thermal printing?

4x6 refers to 4 inches wide by 6 inches tall (approximately 100mm × 150mm), which is the standard global dimension for e-commerce courier shipping labels and thermal peel-and-stick rolls.

Can I print cropped labels on a 4x6 direct thermal printer?

Yes. CropLabel formats the resulting PDF specifically with 4x6 aspect ratios and 300+ DPI vector sharpness, making it compatible with Zebra, TVS, TSC, Rollo, Xprinter, and standard direct thermal label printers.

How do I calibrate my thermal printer to prevent blank label skips?

Thermal printers use optical gap sensors. To calibrate, turn off your printer, hold the front Feed button while switching on power until the light flashes (usually 2 beeps on Xprinter/TSC), then release. The printer will measure label gaps automatically.

How do I download shipping labels from the Meesho Supplier Panel (Seller Hub)?

To download labels: 1) Log in to the official Meesho Supplier Panel at supplier.meesho.com. 2) Go to the "Orders" tab and select "Ready to Ship". 3) Select your pending orders and click "Download Labels". Meesho will export a single or multi-page A4 PDF manifest containing shipping labels on the top half and tax invoices on the bottom half. You can then drop this PDF into CropLabel to crop the top 4x6 labels for your thermal printer.

How do I download shipping labels and invoices from Flipkart Seller Hub (Seller Central)?

In Flipkart Seller Hub (seller.flipkart.com): 1) Navigate to "Orders" > "Active Orders". 2) Select the consignments you want to pack and click "Generate Invoices & Labels". 3) Download the consolidated PDF. Then upload the file to CropLabel to automatically separate Ekart logistics tracking barcodes from the customer GST tax invoice.

Where do I download Easy Ship and ATS labels in Amazon Seller Central?

In Amazon Seller Central (sellercentral.amazon.in): 1) Go to "Orders" > "Manage Orders". 2) Schedule your Easy Ship pickup window for confirmed orders. 3) Click "Print Shipping Labels" to generate the ATS courier manifest. 4) Upload the PDF to CropLabel to format the ATS barcode slip perfectly for 4x6" thermal adhesive rolls.

Is CropLabel affiliated with or endorsed by Meesho, Flipkart, or Amazon?

No. CropLabel is an entirely independent logistics software tool developed to assist e-commerce sellers. CropLabel is not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, or in any way officially connected with Meesho (Fashnear Technologies Pvt Ltd), Flipkart Internet Pvt Ltd, Amazon.com, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.

Can I process Amazon shipping labels and FBA box stickers?

Yes. CropLabel provides presets for Amazon Easy Ship (ATS) customer dispatch labels and Amazon FBA inbound warehouse box labels with orientation adjustments.

Can I process Flipkart shipping labels and Ekart barcodes?

Yes. CropLabel isolates the Flipkart top 4x6 shipping slip containing Ekart tracking barcodes while separating customer GST tax invoices.

Can I process Meesho shipping labels?

Yes. The Meesho preset extracts the top 48% shipping portion containing customer address and AWB barcode, leaving behind the customer invoice on the lower half.

Why is my barcode being cut or cut off at the edge?

If a barcode is cut, your crop box may be set too tightly. Ensure our "Uniform Margins" setting is enabled (we recommend 3mm to 4mm) to provide adequate barcode quiet zones.

What should I do if the label prints misaligned on the paper roll?

In your printer driver settings (Print Dialog), ensure "Paper Size" is explicitly set to "100mm × 150mm" or "4x6 inches", "Scale" is set to "Fit to Printable Area" or "100%", and margins are set to "None".
